PGBA MDX offers exclusive, limited-edition luxury streetwear, including the “Origins Capsule” collection. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue products without notice, even if you have already placed your order.

Exclusive Pre-Order Nature: Our collections, such as the “Origins Capsule,” are offered on an exclusive pre-order basis. This means you are securing a limited-edition piece that is produced for you after your order is confirmed. Delivery will take place within approximately 6 to 8 weeks from the order date. We reserve the right to extend this period by up to one additional week in case of high demand or unforeseen production delays. We are committed to keeping you updated at every stage of production and shipping.

Accuracy of Information: We strive to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Pricing & Payment Terms

• Pricing: All prices are listed exclusively in Euros (EUR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and the price charged will be the one displayed at the time your order is placed.

• Payment: We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout, securely processed through our Wix Payments system or other approved third-party payment providers. By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that all provided information is accurate and valid.

• Immediate Payment for Pre-Orders: For all pre-order items, the full payment amount will be charged immediately upon placing your order. This ensures your exclusive piece is reserved and that production can begin without delay.

• Taxes and Duties: All prices are exclusive of taxes and duties.

  • For orders within the European Union, the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) will be calculated and displayed at checkout according to your shipping address.

  • For orders outside the EU, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes required by your destination country. These additional charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid upon delivery if applicable.

• Placing an Order: To place an order, you must follow the instructions on the Site. Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy the product(s).

• Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order (“Order Confirmation”). This Order Confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product.

• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We are not obligated to sell a product to you until we confirm that the product has been shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud avoidance department.

• Shipping: We ship to locations worldwide, subject to the capabilities of our shipping carriers. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Delivery Timeframe: As our products are made-to-order, please allow approximately 6 to 8 weeks for production and delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products ordered pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

Our policies regarding returns and exchanges are detailed in our Return & Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully to understand your rights and obligations, which vary based on your geographical location.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, as well as the brand names POGBA MDX, POGBA, and the designs of our products, are the property of POGBA MDX or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Restrictions on Use: You are granted a limited license to access and make personal use of this Site. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information of POGBA MDX without our express written consent. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, POGBA MDX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PGBA MDX, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR FROM ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SITE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless POGBA MDX, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
