Our "Origins Capsule" is an exclusive, limited-edition pre-order collection, and we are honored that you have chosen to be a part of our journey. This policy outlines the terms for returns and exchanges, designed to be transparent and fair while reflecting the exclusive nature of our products.

Global Policy: Defective or Incorrect Items

This policy applies to all customers, regardless of location.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team at info@pogbamdx.com within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will provide a full refund, a replacement item (if available), or store credit, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.

European Union & United Kingdom Customers: Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the consumer protection laws of the European Union and the United Kingdom, customers residing in these regions have the right to withdraw from their purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Exercising Your Right: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email to info@pogbamdx.com). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of Withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Return of Goods: You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Customers Outside the European Union & United Kingdom: All Sales Are Final

For our customers residing outside of the European Union and the United Kingdom, please be aware that all sales of our exclusive pre-order items, including the "Origins Capsule," are final.

Given the limited-edition and pre-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defective or incorrect items. This policy is in line with the practices of other luxury streetwear brands for exclusive drops.

We encourage you to review the product descriptions, sizing guides, and all other information carefully before placing your order. Payment is charged immediately to guarantee your reservation, and your piece is produced specifically for you.

How to Initiate a Return for Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@pogbamdx.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item.

2.Await Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a return authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.

3.Ship the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and send it back to us using the provided shipping label.

4.Receive Your Resolution: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund, replacement, or store credit within 7-10 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I exchange my item for a different size? Due to the limited-edition nature of our products, we cannot guarantee that exchanges for different sizes will be possible. Please consult our sizing guide carefully before ordering.

  • What if my pre-order hasn't shipped within the 8-week timeframe? We will keep you updated at every stage of production and shipping. If there are any significant delays beyond the estimated 6-8 week delivery window (plus the additional week for high demand), we will notify you and discuss your options.

  • Why are sales final for non-EU/UK customers? This approach is standard for exclusive, limited-edition drops in the luxury streetwear market. It allows us to produce items to order and maintain the exclusivity of our collections.
